Dee Lainey has been a practitioner of yoga since 2010, growing up in Colorado she learned to explore and nature, developing a strong appreciation for mother earth. She has a deep drive for escapades and adventures. Residing in four US states and one European country, she loves to discover neighborhoods and hidden gems.

She began her career in tech as a software developer and consultant, working grueling hours but loving the problems she solved and connections she made. After realizing there is more to life than a career and travels, she moved to LA to be with her partner and family.

While doing all of this, she practiced yoga, she soon realized yoga helped her physically, but even more so mentally. She believes yoga is the way to prevent future suffering by acting now. Yoga provides the space to declutter your mind.
