PREPARE FOR VIRTUAL PRACTICE

Space + Set Up

  • Space - aim for 3 feet (1 meter) of space around your mat

  • Vibes - create the space that you crave: add incense, scented candles or oils, mood lighting.

  • Clothes - wear loose clothing that is not constricting

Props

  • Yoga Mat

  • Blocks

  • Straps

  • Bolster/Blanket

While Practicing

  • Rest - whenever you want (child’s pose, savasana, or simply what feels good)

  • Camera - your camera can be turned off or on, it’s your practice!

  • Eat - try to practice on an empty stomach

  • Water - drink after but not during
